Nippon Sanso Holdings Corporation is the parent company to the Taiyo Nippon Sanso in Japan, the Nippon Sanso Matheson, Nippon Sanso in Europe, APAC and Thermos Business Group.
Our History
Toyo Sanso was established as Taiyo Sanso Co., Ltd: completed first production facility and commenced sales in 1947.
Acquired Matheson Gas Products, Inc., of the United States.
Acquired industrial gases manufacturer Tri-Gas, Inc., in the United States (merged with Matheson in 1999 to create Matheson Tri-Gas, Inc.)
Merged agreement signed by Taiyo Sanso and Toyo Sanso: in 1995 commenced operations under the Taiyo Toyo Sanso name.
Established industrial gases manufacturing and marketing company Shanghai Nippon Sanso Gas Co., Ud. (currently Shanghai Taiyo Nippon Sanso Gas Co., Ud.) in China.
Taiyo Toyo Sanso and Nippon Sanso formed Taiyo Nippon Sanso (TNS).
Nippon Gases Europe became part of the TNSC.
